2022 was a year of monumental firsts for Lamont Sanders. He earned a #1 radio single on the Billboard Gospel Airplay and Mediabase Gospel radio charts, performed on the Stellar Awards show, which aired on BET, and the Avidity Awards where he took home three awards for Artist of the Year, Male Artist of the Year, and Song of the Year for “He Kept Me”.
